Terms of Service — IqamahNow Mosque Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing our website, or using any part of the IqamahNow service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and mosque edit codes.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or mosque profile.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content & Data Rights

You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to IqamahNow, such as prayer times and mosque details.
By submitting content, you grant IqamahNow a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing the service.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the service.
Using any automated system, such as "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the service in a manner that sends more request messages to the servers than a human can reasonably produce.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep IqamahNow up and running 24/7; however, all online services suffer occasional disruptions and outages. We are not liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

6. Fees and Payment

IqamahNow is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees for certain features in the future. Any changes to our pricing structure will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to opt out of paid services.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of the prayer times posted by mosque administrators. It is the responsibility of the user to verify timings with their local mosque.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
